We are looking for aSenior Drupal Developerto join our team at Tonic3.
This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with anadvanced level of Englishwho can actively collaborate with international teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Drupal websites.
Customize and extend Drupal modules, themes, and APIs according to project needs.
Work closely with designers, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience inDrupal development.
Strong knowledge ofPHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience withDrupal theming, custom module development, and site building.
Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).
Experience integrating Drupal with third-party systems and APIs.
Advanced level ofEnglish(written and spoken) – able to communicate fluently with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience withAcquia, Composer, Drush, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, Pantheon).
