The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for each clinic client, ensuring effective communication through daily calls, emails, and texts.
* Provide regular updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements to maintain transparency and trust.
* Lead new clients through setup, configuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Set clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and strong performance standards for each new client relationship.
