Trade Compliance Expert
This role involves researching and tracking global trade regulations, primarily in LATAM and North America. The specialist will contribute insights to keep systems up-to-date for clients.
* Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other requirements across jurisdictions.
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity.
The expert will act as the first point of contact for new legal and regulatory changes and work closely with analysts and ERP/GTS specialists. Client interaction is minimal; the role is primarily research-oriented.
