Key responsibilities / What you do:Working within the Mass Hiring Recruitment Team and reporting to the Mass Hiring & Enablement Lead, you will partner with the local Operations leader to oversee, manage, and facilitate end-to-end recruitment of front-line positions.As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with Operations leaders to understand their current and future needs, define success metrics, create targeted branding campaigns to attract candidates, and work with Workforce Management on planning and forecasting future inductions.You will provide market knowledge on sourcing strategies, develop and facilitate branding campaigns, support candidate screening with our shared services team, and recommend candidates to leaders, ensuring high quality of candidates and placements.Additionally, you will be responsible for:Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations Leaders, Workforce Management, and the global recruitment team;Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding;Partnering with the business to improve conversation performance, hiring quality, and updating sourcing strategies as needed;Managing company-approved social media for recruitment purposes according to guidelines;Identifying staffing needs and designing recruitment strategies to meet them;Developing and deploying cost-effective sourcing channels to attract diverse and competitive talent, including building university relationships and exploring new sourcing opportunities.Key requirements / What you bring:Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including working as an intermediary or account manager ensuring performance delivery;Experience in behavioral interviews, assessments, and innovative candidate evaluation methods;Experience in strategic sourcing and building recruitment campaigns;Ability to use talent market insights and data to influence leadership and cross-functional decisions;Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise and collaborate with senior leaders;Strong influencing skills and resilience to navigate demand and business needs;Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Key benefits / What we offer:Our employees are central to our success.
