Job Title: Scrum Master Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud Delivery
Role Overview:
As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives (Run + Grow).
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives.
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health, manage scope, and identify impediments.
* C coordinate dependencies between teams.
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.
* Provide clear status reporting and facilitate effective demos.
* Ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, compliance, and change management standards.
