Virtual Interior Designer Job Description
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will serve as the creative director behind 3D product visualization, working closely with the 3D rendering team to conceptualize and direct visually compelling room scenes. This role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, market awareness, and the ability to translate brand essence into visually powerful interior concepts that help sell pieces through ecommerce and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Directing Creative Styling: Overseeing the artistic direction for furniture renders and room scenes to ensure they align with the brand's identity and target audience.
* Developing Styling Concepts: Creating unique styling ideas that reflect the brand's essence and resonate with customer lifestyles.
* Collaborating with Designers: Working with 3D rendering artists to bring concepts to life, ensuring accuracy and visual impact.
* Staying Up-to-Date with Trends: Researching emerging interior design trends to maintain a modern and market-relevant aesthetic.
* Selecting Furniture and Decor: Carefully choosing furniture pairings, color palettes, and décor elements to create balanced and compelling room settings.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in interior design, styling, or creative direction (ecommerce or furniture focus preferred).
* Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior trends, design aesthetics, and consumer preferences in North American markets.
* Creative Skills: Proven ability to create mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts.
* Collaboration: Experience working with 3D rendering teams or digital visualization workflows.
* Communication: Excellent communication and feedback skills, with fluency in English for collaboration with North American teams.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple styling projects simultaneously.
