About the Role

3. Code Quality: Implement and test well-documented code with automation best practices.
4. Production Support: Monitor and troubleshoot production applications to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-end, QA, product, and IT teams while mentoring junior engineers.
6. Security Focus: Embed security best practices and maintain compliance with FinTech regulations.
