We are seeking a motivated and skilled blockchain professional to lead, mentor and grow our team of engineers. This role is responsible for driving the execution of technical excellence, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring reliable, scalable and high-quality products align with our strategic goals.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. They will partner with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans, manage delivery timelines, resources and technical dependencies to ensure on-time releases. The candidate will also identify and remove blockers, ensuring team productivity and alignment.
Technical Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
* 7+ years of software development experience including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchains preferred.
* Experience in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
