 
        
        Global Talent Manager
The Senior Manager, Talent Development will design, deliver and measure a portfolio of global programs, processes and experiences that build talent and organizational capability. This includes improving leadership, team and organization effectiveness, strengthening culture and enhancing the team member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to execute talent processes, develop high potential team members and identify needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues.
 * Building organizational effectiveness strategies and other culture-related initiatives including coaching, team effectiveness and change management interventions to engage, motivate, retain and maximize team member performance.
 * Designing and delivering custom solutions, roadmaps and interventions for leaders to enhance their performance and organizational culture.
 * Participating in cultural development as a critical component to accomplishing business outcomes, building credible relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing leaders to engage in cultural development.
 * Developing and implementing digital learning solutions to drive our digital learning strategy, delivering impactful learning experiences and fostering continuous learning.
