What Youll Do Architect, install, and manage CCTV network infrastructures - witches, routers, firewalls - to ensure high performance, stability, and security. Implement and maintain VPNs (HA) for secure connectivity across multiple sites. Monitor network traffic and analyze performance to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks. Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future disruptions. Coordinate with CCTV systems engineers and operations teams to optimize integration and signal flow. Keep detailed network documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures up to date. Assist in network scaling and upgrades to meet growing demands. Ensure all network deployments comply with security best practices and redundancy standards. Who You Are Experienced Network Engineer (57 years) or similar background in network infrastructure. Strong expertise in TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, QoS, and network redundancy (HSRP, VRRP). Proficient in secure network technologies: VPNs, firewalls, IPSec, and security monitoring. Familiar with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and high-availability configurations. Experienced in packet capture and network analysis (Wireshark or similar). Comfortable working with Linux/Unix systems. Excellent problem-solver who thrives under pressure and communicates clearly. Detail-oriented and able to maintain network documentation rigorously.
