ServiceNow Platform Leader
Lead the strategic direction of ServiceNow reporting and analytics to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy across all ServiceNow modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build dashboards and reports in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools.
* Deliver actionable insights through executive and operational dashboards providing real-time service and performance metrics.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow (Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization).
* Proven expertise in designing dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and CMDB relationships.
