About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as an Editor & Producer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in editing short-form videos for social platforms, including TikTok, Reels, and others.
Responsibilities:
* Develop engaging short-form content using raw UGC footage from creators
* Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling to create visually appealing videos
* Produce multiple variations of each concept to meet client requirements
* Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas and deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience working with influencers and creators
* Understanding of fitness/wellness content
