 
        
        Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization in Brazil, responsible for strategic recruitment operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
 * Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction.
 * Present insights and updates to leadership in a confident manner.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
