This role involves driving the development, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of field service operations using cloud-based platforms.
* Implement and configure cloud modules for capacity management, activity scheduling, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
* Integrate cloud applications with other external systems via APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to guarantee efficient field operations.
Key Skills:
* Hands-on experience implementing and supporting cloud-based field service systems.
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning.
* Ability to write and interpret API integrations, business rules, and extensibility scripts.
