Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can professionally interact with high-value financial advisor clients.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems (GHL experience preferred), and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience
Client Relationship Management:
* Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Meeting Support & Documentation:
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
