Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
Track global trade compliance regulations across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
Interpret and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity.
Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
Ensure research meets ISO process standards.
SAP GTS Alignment:
Research and provide insights relevant to SAP GTS (v11 or similar) on topics such as:
* Export Control & Licensing
* Import Control & Market Access
* Sanctions & Restricted Party Compliance
* Customs & Tariff Management
* Trade Agreements & Origin Management
* Regulatory Reporting & Declarations
* Product & Classification Compliance
Deliver clear summaries and detailed regulatory insights needed by ERP specialists.
Collaborate with researchers to validate findings.
Support research expansion into Indirect Tax topics (VAT, GST, country-specific filing requirements).
