Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Scrum Coach to support the continuous improvement of Agile practices in a Product & Engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles, and work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
