This role involves using marketing as a force for change by helping attract the right doctors to communities in need and boosting their visibility to help them succeed.
The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist will work closely with our recruitment team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to underserved regions.
Key responsibilities include designing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English proficiency (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* Possess an entrepreneurial mindset
* Passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
