Sales Manager – Motion Metrics Brazil
Purpose of Role
This role is critical to executing our global strategy at the regional level, bridging sales execution with technical delivery, and ensuring our customers receive seamless, high-value engagement across hardware equipment and subscription‑based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Set, communicate, and execute on the sales strategy for Brazil, aligned with regional and global objectives. Accountable for sales targets and pipeline development for Brazil – including quarterly forecasts and monthly projections.
Manage and support remote field‑based hardware experts.
Oversee deployment, troubleshooting, and customer training efforts.
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.
Meet the requirements treated as the responsibility of your Job in the Duty of Care (document that presents the issue of individual and collective commitment in relation to Health and Safety).

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Advanced English.
5+ years of experience in the mining sector and 3+ years of sales leadership experience in technology for mining.
Experience managing both sales and technical field teams with proven success of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding or experience leading teams who sell SaaS and hardware integration in heavy industrial environments.
