About the Job:
* We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing training needs, determining session requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programs.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with a strong understanding of the training landscape. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine session requirements.
* Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programs.
* Manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing as required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
* Foster a customer-centric approach to support learners at all levels.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Strong understanding of the training landscape.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player.
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
