Direct Response Video Editor Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced video editor to join our team in creating engaging direct response content for a DTC fragrance brand.
* Edit 10-15 user-generated content (UGC) videos per week from raw creator footage, showcasing reactions and testimonials that drive conversions across social media platforms.
To excel in this role, you will need to create compelling hooks, maintain viewer engagement throughout the videos, add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects, and optimize the videos for different platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
You will collaborate with the creative team on video concepts and improvements, ensuring brand consistency across all content.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of video editing experience, preferably in direct-response video work.
* A portfolio demonstrating expertise in UGC and direct-response video production.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, as well as motion graphics skills, ideally using After Effects.
* An understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization techniques.
* The ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines, while also meeting the needs of the business.
* Prior experience working with DTC brands and AI tools is highly desirable.
