Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue resolution and fix
* Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
* Work with Oracle on Service request
* Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
* Period close activities
