The Repository team provides the backend microservice utilized by these editors for model persistence and lifecycle management.As a development manager, you will oversee the São Leopoldo-based team of developers, contributing to the ongoing improvement of this microservice in collaboration with Repository colleagues in Europe and China. You will act as a bridge between Product Managers and your team, analyzing new requirements and organizing the delivery of technical solutions following SAP's high-quality development processes. You will also focus on ensuring the quality, security, performance, scalability, and resilience of the solution.In your role as a team leader, you will be dedicated to motivating and empowering your team.
