The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs will be responsible for our Injectables aesthetics business.

The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Brazil is responsible for executing the medical strategy for Sinclair's aesthetic injectable portfolio in Brazil & Mexico, leveraging in-market expertise and networks within the aesthetic medicine community. This includes operational medical coverage across the promoted aesthetic portfolio, including compliant HCP engagement, KOL relationship management, and support for protocol implementation and governance for the rollout of new products.. The role ensures scientific excellence, compliant medical engagement, strong KOL partnerships, and effective cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, and Market Access teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the LATAM Medical Plan in alignment with Medical Affairs strategy and local business priorities, drawing on deep familiarity with the local aesthetic medicine landscape.
* Ensure all promotional and educational materials are scientifically sound, evidence-based, and compliant with Brazilian regulations before commercial deployment in collaboration with the regulatory affairs department. Lead the scientific review, adaptation, and in-market rollout of scientific materials, injection protocols including safety communication and HCP training.
* Identify, map, and cultivate strategic relationships with established aesthetic KOLs and key HCPs across LATAM
* Lead advisory boards, expert meetings, and scientific exchange activities including the support of local investigator initiated trials (IITs) within the aesthetic community in LATAM
* Design and deliver high-quality medical education for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal policies, including pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.
* Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory (including ANVISA requirements), Quality, Commercial, and Market Access.
* Provide timely and scientifically robust responses to medical inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, MSc, or PhD preferred).
* Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical, or Scientific roles strongly preferred within the field of injectables in the medical aesthetics.
* Strong experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
* Proven track record of KOL engagement and medical education delivery within aesthetic medicine. Solid understanding of local pharmacovigilance and compliance requirements in LATAM, including ANVISA frameworks. Fluent Portuguese & Spanish and strong English proficiency.
