Senior Delivery Executive
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Executive to own the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives in our agile engineering environment.
* Owning and delivering large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, and dependencies.
* Building and maintaining delivery plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, manage work intake, prioritize tasks, and track progress.
* Providing clear updates and insights to stakeholders, facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
* IDentifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adapting plans as priorities evolve.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proficiency in Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity, and delivery excellence.
Bonus Skills:
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts.
