Sales and Business Development Representative Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales and Business Development representative to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Business Development and Lead Generation
* Research and identify potential clients and industries to target.
* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.
Market Representation and Brand Promotion:
* Represent us as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
* Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Remote work experience is a plus.

* A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM.
* A webcam and noise-canceling USB headset are required.
