Key Responsibilities
* Initiate new and improve existing systems processes.
* Develop and code as needed, serving as a senior developer and technical expert.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
* Assist in development of deployment plans for the systems developed.
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
* Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our desired culture and values.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* At least 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions on AWS.
* Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure data integration pipelines between AWS services and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Develop processes for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between SFMC and data warehouses or data lakes hosted on AWS.
* Work closely with marketing teams, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
