We are looking for a Junior SMM Manager to support the growth of the SPLAT brand in Brazil.
This role is designed for someone with basic hands-on experience in social media who is ready to take ownership of content, actively engage with audiences, and grow quickly in a fast-paced international environment.
You will work closely with the team to build brand presence, test content ideas, and improve engagement in the local market.
What You Will Do
Content Creation (core focus):
* Create and publish content across social media platforms (e.G., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Write captions and adapt content for the Brazilian audience
* Use simple tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) to produce content
Community Management:
* Manage comments and direct messages
* Engage with followers and maintain a consistent brand tone
Influencer Outreach (basic level):
* Identify and research local micro-influencers
* Support communication and collaboration processes
Growth & Insights:
* Monitor trends and competitors
* Suggest practical ideas to improve reach and engagement
Who We Are Looking For
* Fluent in English (daily communication with an international team)
* Native or fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
* Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred)
* Has basic SMM experience (personal projects, freelance, or internships)
* Understands how modern social media works
* Can create simple content independently
* Proactive, reliable, and comfortable with routine execution
* Motivated to learn and grow in marketing
