Remote Interpretation Project Manager Job

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex interpretation projects while not interpreting on behalf of clients.
* Scope project requirements by communicating with clients via email, phone, or WeChat about their needs.
* Match linguists with client objectives, present relevant experience, and recruit new linguists if needed.
* Ensure successful project execution by synchronizing client expectations and linguist capabilities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field such as linguistics or translation studies.
* Fluency in English, with additional language fluency being an asset.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client service delivery.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse projects.
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed and take on challenges.
