Part-Time Monthly Rates : $640-$960 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)
Full-Time Monthly Rates : $1,280-$1,920 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)
*The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $8 - $12 depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.Work Schedule:
The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone.Job Summary : The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys, performing legal research, drafting documents, and maintaining client files.Job Tasks :
Legal Research and Documentation:Conduct legal research and prepare various legal documents.
Case Management : Manage and organize case files and documents.
Client Interaction:Communicate with clients for information gathering and updates.
Administrative Support:Handle clerical tasks, manage calendars, and answer phone calls.
Court Preparation:Help attorneys prepare for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics.
Compliance and Reporting:Ensure legal compliance and assist in filing documents with courts.Qualifications:
1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational abilities.
