Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and drive business insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases. They will also be proficient in SQL and querying large datasets, as well as experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources.
* Develop and publish Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create scalable BI solutions.
* Perform data modeling, transformation, and DAX scripting for complex calculations.
* Ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of Power BI solutions.
* Integrate and transform data from SQL databases, ETL processes, and other sources.
* Maintain data security, governance, and compliance within BI solutions.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to business users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
* Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
* Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
* Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
