Salesforce Developer – OmniStudio & Communications CloudThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable and high‑quality Salesforce solutions within a digital transformation project in the telecommunications industry. You will work with OmniStudio, Salesforce Communications Cloud, and core Salesforce technologies to build optimized business processes. You will test your code, ensure quality through best practices, and collaborate in Agile environments.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).- Build and configure applications within Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity CPQ/EPC).- Participate in the development of telecom business processes such as quote‑to‑order, customer onboarding, and service provisioning.- Write clear, maintainable, and high‑quality code using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools.- Support integration development using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.- Perform unit testing and provide support throughout SIT and UAT cycles.- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment guidelines.- Contribute to CI/CD workflows using tools such as Copado, Git, Jenkins, Ant.Qualifications- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development.- 2+ years of experience with OmniStudio development.- Strong experience with:- OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures- Salesforce configuration, Apex, and LWC- Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity CPQ & EPC)- Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and working with JSON/XML formats.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Ant).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (SAFe Agile preferred).- Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Preferred Certifications- Salesforce Platform Developer I- OmniStudio Developer Certification- Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer (nice to have)
