Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Oversees global Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and systems within Oracle, ensuring effective and consistent recruitment practices worldwide. Manages external vendors such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms, as well as system access and governance. Leads the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding strategy, working closely with Corporate Communications to strengthen brand awareness and implement campaigns that enhance talent attraction and market positioning.

  • Performance Management

Leads the global Performance Management framework, including design, implementation, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs and Oracle capabilities. Provides guidance across key annual cycles such as goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, feedback, and development discussions. Supports Regional HR teams and ensures strong integration with Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, while monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture

Drives the global employee engagement strategy, including the planning and rollout of bi-annual surveys across all regions. Partners with HR leaders and Corporate Communications to align survey design, communication, and key messages. Develops and monitors global action plans, tracks engagement results, and supports initiatives to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.

  • Reporting & KPIs

Defines and manages metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, using data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Budget & Resource Management

Monitors budget execution and ensures compliance, while managing contracts and relationships with external vendors to optimize resource utilization.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field required
  • Relevant business operations and Human Resources experience
  • Experience in deploying Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Branding, and Engagement processes & policies
  • Strong change agility and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Leadership experience or comparable leadership responsibility
  • Influencing diverse teams in a global organization without formal leadership
  • Strategic orientation and critical thinking skills with the ability to align and integrate HR programs toward a holistic global approach to localization and business applicability
  • Demonstrated success in driving and successfully completing HR projects and process improvements in a global workplace
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Highly flexible, agile, collaborative, and effective at leading and delivering on business imperatives in a dynamic environment
  • Business acumen paired with a hands-on mentality and the ability to match business needs with HR deliverables
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to integrate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact people business strategies
  • Work experience in multiple HR roles and organizations (COE, HRBP, SS)
  • Experience with implementation of HRIS systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured, ambiguous work environment, paying close attention to detail and meeting business-driven deadlines
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities and shift priorities meeting established deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable tasks and processes while challenging assumptions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion
