Full Stack Flutter Developer Wanted
We're seeking an expert Full Stack Flutter Developer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our cross-platform Flutter app, with a focus on creating a tablet-first design and optimizing APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of total coding experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter/Dart. Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework, including state management, widgets, and performance optimization, is a must. Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development and experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization, are also required.
In addition to technical skills, we're looking for someone who can work closely with our LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field. If you're passionate about cutting-edge tech and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a tablet-first design and slimmed-down phone experience.
* Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
* Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.
* Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
* Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
* Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework, including state management, widgets, and performance optimization.
* Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
* Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
* Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
