As a skilled UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences that focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Your key responsibilities will include designing wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups based on briefs, calls, and project scopes. You will also collaborate with developers or web builders to ensure faithful implementation of your designs.
Key skills required for this role include expert-level proficiency in Figma, solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows, as well as strong understanding of CRO principles.
You should be able to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality, have excellent communication skills, and be highly intuitive and a good listener who can translate loose ideas or client feedback into clear, impactful designs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects, experience working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously, and the ability to balance aesthetics with function.
