Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist (Indirect Products) – LAM
Location: Brazil (able to travel around LAM countries)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect products procurement activities especially third party products procurement across LAM.
The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise, strong supply chain management skills, and fluency in English to drive cross-regional collaboration, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement processes that align with company strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1 Supplier Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard indirect products' suppliers across LAM and globally, ensuring compliance and performance alignment.
Conduct regular supplier assessments (quality, cost, delivery) to optimize supply chain resilience.
2 Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
Develop and execute procurement strategies for different product categories, leading negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms and delivery terms to achieve cost-saving targets.
Manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
3 Procurement Execution & Documentation
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase order (PO) drafting and issuance, delivery coordination, goods receipt coordination, installation and acceptance coordination, payment documentation follow-up and procurement related documentation archiving.
Ensure seamless order fulfillment: Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies with suppliers/warehouse teams, and maintain accurate records in OA, ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Validate compliance: Verify product specifications during goods acceptance and ensure invoices align with contractual terms before payment approval.
4 Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Ensure adherence to local regulations depending on product categories, e.g. Medical Device Regulation, ISO ***** standards, and internal compliance protocols.
5 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HQ PUR, BU, PM, CS, OP, LG, Quality and Legal teams to ensure purchased products meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with supplier sourcing and cost analysis.
6 Data Analysis & Reporting
Utilize company own systems and excel to track procurement metrics, generate cost analyses, and report on supplier performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
5+ years of procurement experience in the medical device sector, with at least 3 years focused on third-party products/consumables for medical imaging equipments.
Procurement experiences for certain indirect product, including but not limited to Administrative & HR, IT & Services, Infrastructure & Engineering, Marketing, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Equipment & Tools.
Fluent English with proven ability to draft contracts, lead international meetings, and negotiate cross-culturally.
Expertise in procurement tools, cost modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
Hands-on experience with procurement execution workflows (PO management, inventory reconciliation, payment documentation).
Strong understanding of local medical device regulations and quality management systems.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and process execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or Supply Chain, International Business or Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in multinational corporations or medical device distributors preferred.
Multitasking skills and the ability to work under time-constraints and pressure.
Strong research and data analysis skill.
