Position Purpose
We are seeking a Head of HR to lead and elevate its people strategy across Brazil and Colombia.
Based in Embu das Artes (100% on-site), this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the regional HR agenda in alignment with the company’s global HR vision.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and with a dotted-line relationship to the Global Head of Human Resources, this senior HR leader will be responsible for steering both strategic and operational HR initiatives, supporting strong business growth, organizational development, and workforce excellence across the region.
The Head of HR will act as a trusted advisor to top management, ensuring modern, effective, and data-driven HR practices, while fostering a high-performing and engaged organizational culture. This position will also drive HR digitization, organizational efficiency, governance, and leadership development, ensuring that all HR processes—from hire to retire—are executed in alignment with global standards and local needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Act as the primary HR partner to the General Manager (Brazil & Colombia) and a strategic liaison to the global HR organization.
* Translate business goals into a comprehensive people strategy for region, ensuring alignment with company’s global HR governance, policies, and frameworks (HRBI).
* Lead, develop, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of partnership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Advise and coach senior leaders on strategic HR topics, including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and talent retention.
* Drive employer branding and attraction initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline, including partnerships with universities and technical institutions.
* Ensure high-quality HR data and analytics, supporting insight-driven decision-making and contributing to the optimization of global HR processes.
* Identify and promote HR synergies across entities, enabling more efficient service delivery and increased consulting capacity for local HR teams.
* Participate in global HR projects and ensure effective implementation of their deliverables within the region.
* Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices, adapting them to local needs.
Operational Excellence
* Oversee the full HR lifecycle (“hire to retire”) for the Brazilian entity, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service excellence.
* Act as the go-to HR partner for all employees, ensuring clarity, trust, and responsiveness across all HR-related topics.
* Ensure strict compliance with Brazilian and Colombian labor laws, providing guidance on labor relations, internal investigations, and complex employee cases.
* Execute the local and global HR calendar, including performance cycles, talent reviews, compensation activities, and learning programs.
* Support managers in day-to-day people leadership, offering guidance across the HR value chain.
* Continuously enhance HR processes, systems, and governance to support operational effectiveness and organizational growth.
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong background as a senior HR generalist or business partner role within an international, matrix-driven organization.
* Robust experience designing, implementing, and leading organizational and people-related strategies.
* Proven track record in coaching senior leaders and acting as a strategic advisor on organizational development, talent management, succession, and performance.
* Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation;
understanding of Colombian labor laws is highly desirable.
* Experience leading HR digitization and process optimization initiatives.
* Strong background in transformation, change management, and HR governance.

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (HR focus preferred).
* Advanced degrees or continuing education in HR, leadership, or organizational development are a plus.
Languages
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
* Spanish fluency is a strong asset.
