Requirements: - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field. - 5 years experience with project management and software projects is desired - Demonstrated experience as a scrum master - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks - Excellent people skills and strong communication skills. Responsabilities: - Manage the Agile software process for the Infrastructure, Reservoir, and Wells teams. - Develops test strategies used in the automated regression testing of these systems. - Familiar with common software vulnerabilities and leading practices to mitigate. - Pro-actively identifies areas for improvement within the software system and processes. - Develops assignments and schedules.
