We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations, customer success, and administrative tasks. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about health and wellness, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage email correspondence and client inquiries
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups
* Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns
* Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform
* Conduct research and compile information as needed
* Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
* Help with social media scheduling and community engagement
Requirements:
* Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only)
* Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.G., Trello, Asana)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
