Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles.
Main Responsibilities
1. The Talent Manager will be the single point of contact between the Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams for assigned projects.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for multiple client requirements concurrently.
3. Conduct talent pool assessments, identify supply-demand gaps, and develop strategies to bridge these gaps.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient.
5. Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring that the right candidates are allocated to the right projects.
6. Work closely with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations, and communicate effectively with both parties.
Key Qualifications & Experience
* At least 7–12 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services, outsourcing, or global staffing environments.
* Proven track record of success in client-side hiring setups, resource & capacity management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
* Experience handling multiple simultaneous delivery pipelines and managing diverse stakeholders.
