About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser to bring creativity and consistency to our stores across NSW, including large-format locations. This full-time role reports to the National VM Co-ordinator and involves regular travel in and around Sydney occasional travel regional stores.
What you’ll do
6. Execute VM plans and maintain high standards in-store and in windows
7. Support and train store teams through workshops and one-on-one sessions
8. Create and photograph impactful visual displays
9. Manage VM for catalogues, major events, new store openings, and refurbishments
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
11. Provide feedback and updates to the National VM team
12. Solve challenges creatively during VM implementation
What we’re looking for
13. Proven retail VM experience and a passion for homewares
14. Creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
15. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
16. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
17. Own vehicle and current driver’s license (interstate travel may be required)
