About the Role:
This professional will identify, assess, and manage diverse profiles, handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Review online information of candidates to assess general fit.
 * Contact candidates through phone calls, Skype, LinkedIn, or mail to validate interest and motivate participation.
 * Schedule internal interviews, send invites, and update records.
 * Interview candidates to assess qualifications, validating profile, experience, interests, commitment, and logic questions.
 * Schedule technical interviews.
 * Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
 * Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2+ years of work experience; recruiting roles a plus.
 * Excellent communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
 * Effective time management and organization.
 * Flexibility and adaptability.
 * Working experience in online and phone sales techniques (plus).
 * Knowledge in IT Industry head-hunting (plus).
 * Advanced English Level.
