Job Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and submitting all necessary customs documents (such as DI, DUE, NCM codes), and conducting import and export declarations through agents.
Responsible for submitting the costs associated with the logistics customs clearance process, consolidating and summarizing these costs, and monitoring the rationality of customs clearance fees.
Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, carriers, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the logistics chain.
Handle issues arising during the customs clearance process, such as document discrepancies, cargo inspection, detention, etc.
Maintain complete and accurate customs clearance records and files for audit purposes.
Qualification
1 year or more work experience
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and customs system operations will be given priority consideration.
Possess strong data statistics and analysis capabilities, clear logical thinking, good communication, coordination, and organizational skills as well as high professional ethics.
Honest, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork awareness.
