Sr. Technical Customer Success Expert
Graphic Communications is seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Customer Success Analyst to join our team. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with internal teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues for our valued customers.
The primary goal is to deliver high-quality customer support and provide value-added services to the clients through technical expertise and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialized technical solutions to escalated support cases by analyzing web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector), performing API testing and validation using Postman or cURL, and conducting IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers.
* Provide exceptional customer experience by delivering personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Strengthen the partnership between the Customer Support Team and Graphic Communication's clients through technical excellence, accountability, and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 8+ years of customer support experience with a strong background in ERP/MIS.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong knowledge of the print industry and ability to apply it to real-world scenarios.
