Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable, user-friendly applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Design and optimize business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Partner with developers, architects, and data engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes or new features.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for Power Platform initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.
