* 3+ years building complex web applications
* Strong frontend foundation (React, TypeScript, Next.js)
* Experience with rich UI, editing flows, or collaborative systems
* Comfortable owning features end-to-end
* High bar for product quality and interaction design
Strong signals:
* ProseMirror, Tiptap, or Yjs
* Real-time collaboration / multi-user systems
* Editor or document-based product experience
* AI or LLM workflows in product interfaces
