This role is focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions using declarative tools, with a strong emphasis on Flows, security, and data integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute advanced Salesforce configurations (Flows, Experience Cloud, automation, custom fields, permissions)Manage data migration and ensure data quality and consistencyTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsTroubleshoot configuration and data reconciliation issuesProvide training and create user/technical documentationBuild reports and dashboards for operational and leadership insightsRequired ExperienceSolid experience with Salesforce administration and configuration (not only certifications)Strong knowledge of: User management (roles, profiles, permission sets, security policies) Data modeling and object relationships Validation rules, formula fields, record types, list views Flows (advanced level) and troubleshootingExperience with SSO/SAML configuration and authentication setupProficiency in Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data quality managementAbility to differentiate data vs. configuration issues and replicate scenarios in sandbox environmentsExperience building reports and dashboardsPreferred Profile5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experienceStrong communication skills in English (client-facing environment)Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approachExperience in B2B software environmentsNice to HaveKnowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or ISV developmentExperience writing technical specificationsWhy JoinWork on international projects with global clientsExposure to complex, large-scale Salesforce environmentsCollaborative and technically driven teamIf you have a strong configuration background and can operate at depth without relying on code, this role is aligned with your profile.
