As a technical interview expert from the LATAM region, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills and overall fit.

This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
2. Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture and problem-solving.
3. Provide fair, unbiased and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
4. Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
5. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
