We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and developing world-class Salesforce applications that meet the evolving CRM needs of our clients.
Your primary focus will be on developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, analyzing project objectives, creating customer workflows, and troubleshooting errors. To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative new tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources complexities;
* Design custom interfaces, advanced workflows, and other technical elements within Salesforce that enhance the user experience;
* Provide training to junior developers and manage their growth as engineers;
* Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs;
* Assist with integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation;
* Owning issues through resolution - translating business requirements to technical story requirements, troubleshooting issues, driving internal communication with business stakeholders, and gathering feedback to improve technical solutions;
* Liaising with internal teams on raised technical challenges and guiding product roadmap changes/new features;
* Sustaining a culture of collaboration, respect, engineering/operational excellence, and regular delivery of customer value;
* Analyzing complex business and technical requirements, focusing on their impact on application infrastructure and environment, to guide solution design and delivery;
* Enhancing existing architecture and optimizing performance for scale via best practices and industry standards;
* Managing and completing Salesforce development deliverables while balancing and prioritizing multiple in-flight stories and initiatives;
* Establishing best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the Salesforce development life cycle, contributing to the knowledge base and continuous learning of the development team;
* Performing all testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, including writing detailed user testing instructions for business users.
