Delivery Leader
We're seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives. This hands-on, client-facing role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This leader will own delivery planning, build strong relationships with engineering teams, manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, provide clear updates, and drive alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives. They should have strong experience working in agile environments, be proficient in using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking, and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful Delivery Leader will continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability. They will track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
